class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En plus de la classification par capacit\u00e9 diff\u00e9renciative, les cellules souches se distinguent \u00e9galement en fonction de leur <b>origine biologique<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cellules souches embryonnaires (ESC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de la masse cellulaire interne du blastocyste (5 \u00e0 7 jours apr\u00e8s la f\u00e9condation), elles sont pluripotentes. Elles ne sont pas utilis\u00e9es dans la pratique clinique pour des raisons \u00e9thiques et r\u00e9glementaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cellules souches p\u00e9rinatales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 collect\u00e9es du <\/span><b>cordon ombilical<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et du <\/span><b>placenta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la naissance. Elles constituent une ressource unique, disponible une seule fois dans la vie, d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e dans les greffes de cellules h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques et dans de nombreuses \u00e9tudes cliniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cellules souches adultes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 se trouvent dans divers tissus de l&rsquo;organisme (ex. moelle osseuse, sang p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique, tissu adipeux). Elles sont moins polyvalentes que les embryonnaires, mais essentielles pour la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration quotidienne des tissus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cellules souches pluripotentes induites (iPSC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 d\u00e9couvertes en 2006 par le prix Nobel Shinya Yamanaka, elles proviennent de la reprogrammation de cellules adultes (ex. lymphocytes du sang p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique, PBMC).
