Depuis qu\u2019elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9e avec la maladie, l\u2019enfant re\u00e7oit des\u00a0<strong>transfusions sanguines hebdomadaires<\/strong>\u00a0pour la maintenir en vie.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>my\u00e9lodysplasie<\/strong>\u00a0(MDS) emp\u00eache la maturation des globules rouges qui ne sont pas encore compl\u00e8tement form\u00e9s. Les\u00a0<strong>globules rouges immatures<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0envahissent\u00a0\u00bb la moelle osseuse, repoussant les globules rouges matures.
